Not enough Maggie.
Attempt #3 to make wire jewelry. I like it, but it could be tidier.
This friend of mine is planning her wedding on a tight budget and she so happened to try on this dress at David’s Bridal the other day and fell in love. It brought on all the emotions and tears that a bride typically has with a dress that she feels is the dress. Not just any wedding dress but, THE DRESS! The problem is, the dress is a bit out of her price range, so she and her daughter are getting crafty. Literally….(read more)
State your name: Katherine (gag)
State the name that your parents almost named you. I’m not sure. I wasn’t raised by them, so we’ve never had these type of conversations.
Which of your relatives do you get along with the most?: My cousin. Seriously, I believe I’m the black sheep of the family. I hate ignorant comments, I think outside the box, I’m a Libertarian (my family is a group of VERY FAR RIGHT Republicans). We don’t often see eye-to-eye.
Did anything embarrassing happen this week? Nibbler pooped in the tub. I’m really getting to the point where not a whole lot embarrasses me anymore.
Do people praise you for your looks? Never. I am very plain.
What is your favorite color of clothing to wear? Purples, especially when combined with black.
Do you work out every week? I try, it doesn’t always come to fruition though.
Do you like your eyes? They’re brown…to me they’re boring, but my husband loves them.
Do you think you are pretty? Bwahahaha. No.
How much money is in your account? This would better read: How much money is in your account NOT devoted to bills? Answer about $100.
Are you single? No. We’ve been married for 5 years and together for almost 12.
Do you want kids? Um. We have one.
what does your backpack looks like: It’s a black PINK brand backpack…and it’s the diaper bag. I have one of the small pockets devoted to me.
What celebrity do you think is attractive? Norman Reedus is my latest crush. :P
Last movie you saw in theatres: It’s been so long, I can’t even remember what movie I last saw in theaters. That’s so pathetic!
Dying Mother to brave son
“You are gonna beat this world. I know you will. You are smart, and you are strong, and you are so brave, and I love you. You gotta do what’s right, baby. You promise me, you’ll always do what’s right. It’s so easy to do the wrong thing in this world. So if it feels wrong, don’t do it, all right? If it feels easy don’t do it. Don’t let the world spoil you. You’re so good. You’re my sweet boy. The best thing I ever did.”
My jaw dropped at this scene. So emotionally charged! This show needs to be nominated for more than it is.
FRACTAL ART | Silvia Cordedda
I didn’t actually watch it, but I heard it was pretty spectacular. Haha.
